குருகுலம் - குருவருள்நெறி
மலேசிய ‚ அகத்தியர் ஞான பீடம் குருசீடர் பாரம்பரியத்தை நிலை நிறுத்தி குரு ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தர் தன்னை அற்பணித்துக்கொண்டு பாங்கான வழிமுறைகளை போதிக்க முனைந்ததுள்ளார் என்றால் அது மிகையாகாது.
ஒவ்வொருவரும் தன்னுடைய முயற்சியின் வாயிலாகவும் எண்ணம்போல் ஆன்மீக வளர்ச்சியை முன்னெடுப்பாராயின் பலநிலைப்படிகளை கடந்து உறித்த அடைவு நிலையை கடக்க முடியும். ஆக ஆன்மீக வளர்ச்சியில் படிநிலையானது. ஒவ்வொருவரின் தகுதி அடிப்படையில் உறுதிப்படுத்தும் தவிற பணவசதி கருத்தில் எடுத்துக் கொள்ள மாட்டாது.மேலும் ஆன்மீக மேம்பாட்டை முன்வைத்துள்ளவர்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட கால அளவில் அடைந்து விடமுடியும் என்று குறிப்பிட்டு கூற இயலாது. மாறாக ஒருவரின் வளர்ச்சியானது அவர்தம் முயற்சின் அடிப்படையில் நிகழும் என்பதை சான்று எனவேதான் மலேசிய ‚ அகத்தியர் ஞான பீடமானது எந்த ஒரு கட்டணம் வசூலிக்காமல் சித்தர்களின் மெய்ஞான கோட்பாட்டினையும் நெறிமுறைகளையும் இலவசமாக கற்றுத்தருகின்றது.
SRI VALLAY ANBARGAL (FIRST STAGE) - "MAGILCHI"
Most of the members at this stage shall be more devoted to their own life. This stage of “Gurukulam” shall teach on basic self-etiquette and basic rules of Siddha practices and karma rules. First two of Astanga Yogam, “Iyamam” (Good conduct) and “Niyamam” (Good deed) shall be taught and encourage to be practise by the member. Basic mantras shall be given. Basic introduction to 4 important spiritual stages,
“Sariyai”, “Kriyai”, “Yogam” and “Nyaanam” shall be given. At this stage, members shall be initiated on Sariyai practices, whereby the teaching shall be focus on turning members to real human with high values.
This phase of practice, the member will start realizing about him/her self and will begin to have basic self-control, knowledge about life, karma process and depth knowledge of Symbols and Idol worship. Most importantly, turning our members as human with good values. In short, human will be living as real human as should be.
வாலை அன்பர் (முதல்நிலை சரியை)
முதல் நிலையில் உள்ளவர்கள் அனைவரும் தங்களுடைய சொந்த வாழ்க்கையில் ஈடுபட்டிருப்பதை உணர்த்தும். இந்த நிலையில் உள்ளவர்கள் குருகுலமானது அடிப்படை தனிமனித நன்னெறியுடன் சித்தர்களின் கோட்பாடுகள்,கொள்கை,தர்ம விதிகள் பற்றியும் விரிவாக உணர்தத்ப்படும் இதனோடு அடிப்படை மந்திரங்களும் சித்தர் நெறி தத்துவங்களை உள்ளடக்கிய அஸ்டாங்க யோகத்தின் முதல் இரண்டு நிலைபடிவ கூறுகளான இயமம் நியமம் பற்றிய விளக்கமும் அளிக்கப்படும். முதல் நிலை அன்பர்க்கு குரு மந்திரம் வழங்கப்பட்டு அவர்களின் சரியை சார்ந்த நற்பண்புகள் நயம் பயக்குதலை கவனமாக குருநாதர் மேற்பார்வையில் வைத்திருப்பா
மேற்கூறிய செயல்பாடுகளை பின்பற்றி பழக்கத்தில் கொண்டமைந்த முதல் நிலை குருகுல அன்பர்கள் தன்னிலை அறிதல்.பிறவிப்பயன், கர்ம வினைகளின் சூட்சமம் மற்றும் விக்கிர வழிபாடு, சின்ன குறியீடுகள் உணர்த்தும் உண்மை போன்றவற்றின் அறிவு சார்ந்த விளக்கங்கள் நன்று அறிந்திருப்பர். சுறுங்ககூறின் மனிதன் உன்னத நிலையை அனுபவிக்கவல்லானாக உருவாக்கம் பெறவேண்டியதை நன்கு உணர்ந்தவனாக இருக்க வேண்டியதால் நற்பண்புகளின் பேறு அனுசரிப்பலனாகவும் அதனை மிகவே அன்றாட வாழ்க்கையில் கடை பிடிப்பவன இருந்தலை இப்பயிற்சி வழி குருநாதர் வழி நடத்துவார்.
SRI VALLAY MEI ANBARGAL (SECOND STAGE) – “ANANTHAM”
Members who has undergone the “Vallai Anbargal” process with full discipline and have self-improved with good human values and more importantly, with the blessing of Sri La Sri Vallay Sitthar, the member shall be pronounced and welcomed to the next stage of the Gurukulam.
At this stage, the teaching shall be focus on “Kriyai”
teachings, whereby Body, Mind and Soul shall be the center focus for it to enter into purification process and in this process first Guru mantra shall be initiated to the member. Also at this stage, the self-etiquette and discipline shall be stringent. At this stage, four steps of Astanga Yogam such as “Asanam” (Body health/Posture), “Pranayaman” (Breathing Exercise), “Prathiyaakaaram” (Sense Control) and “Tharanai” (Control of Mind) shall be initiated. Initial Vaasi Yogam shall be taught. Spiritual knowledge regarding Body, Mind and Soul shall be taught at this stage and Guru Sri La Sri Vallay Sitthar shall monitor the progress very closely.
This phase of practice, the members will transform themselves to a clearer mind, healthy body and pure soul. The member also possesses the knowledge of Siddha principle, knowledge of life process, knowledge of universe process and spiritual process. In short, the member will be Master of their Soul.
வாலை மெய் அன்பர் (இராண்டாம் நிலை கிரியை - ஆனந்தம்)
முதல் நிலை அன்பர்கள் இராண்டாம் நிலைக்கு முன்னேற அவர்தம் நற்பண்புகளும் ஒருங்கே கொண்டமைந்த மனித நேய தார்மீக தகுதியோடு ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தரின் நல் ஆசியானது உறுதிபடுத்த குருகுலத்தின் இரண்டாம் நிலைக்கு இட்டுச் செல்லும்.
இரண்டாம் நிலைக்கு முன்னேற்றம் கண்டவர்கள் கிரியை பற்றிய விவரங்கள் நன்கு உணர்த்தபட்டு, உடல், உயிர் மனம், ஆன்மாவின் செயல்பாடுளின் நிலை சூட்சும அதிர்வுகளின் சீரமைப்பை உறுதி செய்ய குருமந்திரம் ஆறாதாரமும் ஆத்மஜோதி வழிபாடு , தீட்சை மெய் அன்பர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.இந்த அடைவுநிலை பயிற்சிதனில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளோர் சுய கண்ணியத்துடன் சரீர நன்னடத்தையை பேணிக்காத்தல் அவசியமாகிறது. அஸ்டாங்கயோகத்தின் மூன்று நான்கு நிலைபடிவ கூறுகளான ஆசனம் பிராணயாமம் போன்றவற்றை குருவினால் உபதேசிக்கபடும்.இதற்கு வாசிபயிற்சி பயிற்றுவிக்கப்பட்டு உடல் உயிர் மனம் ஆன்மா பற்றிய ஆன்மீக சிந்தனை உணர்த்தல் போதனைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டு நன்கு உள்வாங்கிய மெய் அன்பர்கள் தனிப்பட்ட முன்னேற்றத்தை ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தர் தன்னுடைய ஞான சிற்டியின் வழி மேற்பார்வையில் வைத்திருப்பார்.
மேற்கூறிய கட்டுப்பாடான பயிற்சிகள் அனைத்தும் திறம்பட கைபிடித்தால் தெளிவான மனம், திடகாத்திரஉடல், தூய ஆன்மைவை தம்வசம் கொண்டிருப்பர். மெய் அன்பர்கள் ஆழமான சித்தர் பற்றிய அறிவும் சித்தர் மரபுவழி கோட்பாடுகள், சித்தர் வாழ்வு நெறி அண்டசராசர செயல் முறையையும். ஆன்மீக சுழற்சி பற்றிய அறிவையும் நன்கு பெற்றிருப்பர். சுருங்கக் கூறின் மெய் அன்பர்கள் தங்களின் ஆன்மாவை தங்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் வைத்திருப்பர் எனலாம்
SRI VALLAY SEEDAR (THIRD STAGE) - "PARAMANANTHAM"
Members entering to this stage, shall qualify with distinction in all the process and shall receive the blessing of Guru Sri La Sri Vallai Sitthar and approval from Guru Agastiyar Maha Rishi before the member pronounced as Vallai Seedar.
At this stage, the entire teaching shall be based on Yogam teachings where the “Kadavul” and its secrets shall be revealed, together with authentic Guru Mantra shall be initiated and importantly Vaasi Yogam shall be taught. At this stage also, two more Astanga Yogam “Prathiyaakaaram” (Sense Control) and “Tharanai” (Control of Mind) shall be initiated. “Athma Nyaanam”, “Mei Nyaanam” and “96 Thathuvamgel” shall be initiated as well. Many spiritual sciences shall be taught at this stage. At this stage, more discussion and sharing will take place with Guru Sri La Sri Vallai Sitthar to enhance the knowledge and many spiritual details shall be revealed and taught. This process needs direct detail attention and monitoring from Guru Sri La Sri Vallai Sitthar.
This phase shall make the human soul more purify and entering the stage of Yogis which can lead to “Moksha”. Also prepare themselves to enter to the next stage, Vallay Nyaana Guru to guide other followers to follow their footsteps.
வாலைசீடர் (முன்றாம் நிலை யோகம் - பரம்ஆனந்தம்)
இரண்டாம் நிலையினை திறம்பட மேற்கொண்ட ‚ வாலை மெய் அன்பர்கள் மிகசிறந்த தேர்ச்சியினை வெளிப்படுத்தியதை கருத்தில் கொண்டு ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தரின் நல்லாசியும் குரு அகத்தியரின் ஒப்புதலுடன் (அங்கீகாரம்) மூன்றாம் நிலைக்கு அங்கீகரப்பட்டு ‚ வாலை சீடர் எனும் நிலைய ஏற்பர்
இந்த ‚ வாலை சீடர்கள் மூன்றாம் நிலையில் யோகத்தில் கடவுளைப் பற்றிய ரகசியத்தை புரிதல் செய்வதுடன் ஆத்ம ஞானமும் 96 தத்துவங்களும் உபதேசிக்கப்படும். இதனுடன் இந்த படி நிலையில் பயிற்சியானது சீடர்கள் அஸ்டாங்க யோகத்தின் ஐந்து ஆறு நிலை படிவ கூறுகளான பிரத்தியகாரம்,தாரணை குருவின் உபதேசத்தின் வழி பெறுவர். மேலும் மேல் நிலை வாசியோகமும் ஆன்மீக அறிவியல் சிந்தனை கையப்படுத்தி விரிவான விளக்கங்களை சீடர்களுக்கு அளிக்கப்படும். இந்த படிநிலை கற்பித்தல் காலகட்டத்தில் சீடர்கள் தங்களுடைய ஐயப்பாடுகளையும் கருத்து பறிமாற்றம் குருவின் முன்வைத்து ஆன்மீக சம்பந்தம் பற்றினவற்றை களைய ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தர் முற்படுவார். குறிப்பறிந்து இந்த தருணத்தில் ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தர் நேரடி மேற்பார்வையின் கீழ் ஒவ்வொரு சீடரும் இருப்பர். தீவிர பயிற்சியின் மூலமாக இந்த படியின் பரிமான வளர்ச்சியின் மூலமாக ஆன்மாவானது பரிசுத்த நிலையினை எய்தி யோகிகள் விரும்பி ஏற்கும் மோட்சம் என்ற நிலையை ‚ல‚ வாலைச்சித்தர் சீடர்கள் பெற உறுதுணைபுரிவார்.
SRI VALLAY NYAANA GURU – “SATCHITANANTHAM”
At this stage, the member shall be pronounced and initiated as Sri Vallay Nyaana Guru (Vallai Spiritual Teacher) with the blessing of Guru Sri La Sri Vallai Sitthar and Guru Agastiyar Maha Rishi. Him / Her shall be given the faithful rights to guide other members as Nyaana Guru, following the Siddha principle initiated by Guru Sri La Sri Vallai Sitthar.
Despite being the Sri Vallay Nyaana Guru, their teaching shall be continued. At this stage, the entire teaching shall be based on Nyaanam teaching and the final two Astanga Yogam “Thiyaanam” (Self-realisation) and “Samaathi” (Discover the creator), the process of merging with the creator shall be initiated and taught to him / her. The secret of “PARAMATHMA” shall be reveal and merging process shall be initiate at this stage.
This phase shall make he / she as the “Mahan” stage should all the disciplines have been followed and all the teaching has been successfully completed and attained (“Siddhi”) which can lead to “Mukti”. Also this stage shall prepare Him / Her to the highest state of “Thavam” which is road to become “PARAMATHMA”.
